Where payment plans are offered, they must be agreed upfront. Failure to pay may delay work on your matter.

7. No guarantee of outcome

Immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities (for example, the Department of Home Affairs). While we aim to submit accurate and complete applications, we cannot and do not guarantee approval.

8. Timelines

Processing times depend on government capacity, policy changes, and case complexity. Any time estimates we provide are best-effort estimates and not guarantees.

9. Communications

By contacting us, you consent to us communicating with you via email, phone, WhatsApp, or other channels you provide, for service delivery purposes. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.
